HBV Counseling Toolkit

Our Community, Our Commitment HBV Counseling Booklets are a unique series of patient education materials to support the efforts of health care providers who care for Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese populations to screen for and immunize against HBV infection, and diagnose and provide access to care for patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).  These patient booklets provide education on HBV infection; the need for screening, prevention, and immunization; and access to care for and treatment of CHB.  These booklets are available in Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese.

The Toolkit has been developed in consultation with the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center and endorsed by the Chinese American Medical Society (CAMS), the Korean American Medical Association (KAMA), and the Vietnamese American Medical Association (VAMA).
