CAMS Special Community Service Award Program:

In 1994, A Special Community Service Award was established to honor a person or persons who have shown significant contribution to the Chinese community. The award was given biennially or annually to the recipient(s) at the annual dinner gala following the Annual Scientific Meeting.

1996 David Ju, M.D. (awarded posthumously)
1998 John Li, M.D. ad Samuel Yeh, M.D.
2002 George Liu, M.D.
2003 Sun Hoo Foo, M.D.
2005 Eric Sin kan Poon, M.D.
2007 Betty S. L. Iu, M.D., Major Michael Bloomberg of New York City and Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association (CCBA) of New York.
